Primaax EX
PRIMAAX® EX is a severe-duty vocational air suspension that features a robust structural design with optimized suspension geometry for exceptional stability, handling and ride. Advanced suspension technology for the rigorous demands of vocational, severe-service, and heavy-haul applications. The system suspension-induced driveline vibration is significantly reduced with PRIMAAX EX compared to competitive trailing-arm air suspensions, resulting in higher driver comfort and less premature wear on expensive truck and body equipment.
Ultimaax
ULTIMAAX® is recommended for dump, logging, refuse, mixer, oil field and mining applications. Delivers enhanced stability, handling and ride quality even in the most severe-duty environments where vehicles encounter harsh and unexpected ground conditions. The integration of Hendrickson’s proven walking (equalizing) beam technology, with its patented progressive rate spring, provides a balance of loaded stability and unloaded ride quality even in the most rugged environments.
Capacities up to 60,000 lbs. with additional capacities under development.
HAS
Both HAS 40K and HAS 46K are approved for use with lift axles and up to 25 percent off-highway operation. HAS™ 40K/46K air suspensions provide excellent on- and off-highway performance, ride quality, and cargo protection. In addition, the HAS family of suspensions is available with optional EDGE System to help reduce driveline vibration.
HN Series
The VariRate® Spring System provides a unique balance between unloaded ride quality and loaded stability and eliminates the need for center bushings, making the HN maintenance-free. The HN offers significant weight savings versus competitive suspensions. Applications include dump, rufuse, mixer, logging and military. HN® is designed to reduce weight and improve ride quality without sacrificing durability and stability in vocational applications.
Capacities of 40,000, 46,000 and 52,000 lbs.
RT/RTE Series
Hendrickson-designed springs provide a consistent spring rate for longer life as the equalizing beams distribute load equally between both axles for improved traction. The system performs well in a variety of vocational truck applications such as dump, refuse, mixer and military applications. RT™/RTE™ is a durable steel spring suspension with a legacy of over 90 years of reliability in the most severe applications.
RT capacities up to 65,000 lbs. and RTE capacities up to 50,000 lbs.
